| The
ACTICEL carbon filter is available in sealed cell formats and a range
of carbon types to match applications.
The filter consists of homogenous bonded carbon biscuits in a ‘vee’ formation inside a rigid galvanized steel case. The individual carbon panels are p/u sealed into the case eliminating air bypass and maximising the efficiency of the filter. The entire unit is disposable, thus making it suitable for critical or hazardous applications. The filter can be supplied with or without headers. The filter is also available with loose fill carbon. The filter can be fitted into the ACTISYS side access filter housing complete with pre-filters. In all sizes the filter case is fabricated from 22 gauge (1.22mm) galvanized sheet. Alternative case materials such as aluminium or stainless steel are available on request. All ACTICEL products are supplied with a single face seal. As the product is omni-directional in terms of airflow, this suffices as either a clean or dirty airside gasket. If required two gaskets can be fitted |
